The top 10 best recipes will be selected from the submissions and posted By August 1st.
Then the voting begins. Winner announced September 5th!

Terms and Rules of The Contest (U.S. residents only)
A – You must be 18 years of age and a US resident to enter.
B – Your recipe must be an original gluten-free, allergy-friendly dessert recipe.
C – By submitting your recipe you acknowledge that it is your own original recipe and that it does not violate any laws, any intellectual property rights or other rights of any individual. Therefore you indemnify and hold harmless Cody Boy Inc., TheMissingIngredientTv.com, its officers, directors, producers, affiliates against any claim, damage, judgement or other liability, that arises from your recipe submission.
D – Cody Boy Inc. or its affiliates are not obligated to use or pay you for your recipe submission.
E – The best 10 dessert recipes will be chosen from the submissions that we receive by the July 22nd 2011 deadline. These 10 recipes will then be posted on the website by August 1st for the public to vote on.
Some of the things the judges will be looking for:
- That the recipe is Gluten-free. Is it also free of any other food allergens. Please indicate on your recipe submission what The Missing Ingredients are: example, Nut, seed, dairy etc.
- Originality, texture and taste.
F – The public will then vote on the top 10 recipes and the person’s recipe with the most votes at the end of the contest will win an iPhone 4. Service plans are not included.
G – You must include your name, email address, daytime phone number and mailing address (no P.O. boxes) to enter. This information will not be posted on the Web site. Just your name and the name of your recipe will appear.
H – The winner will be announced Labor Day, September 5th and the phone will be sent via FedEx within 10 days.
I – Cody Boy Inc. and The Missing Ingredient shall exclusively own all known or later existing rights to all the recipe submissions worldwide and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the submitted recipes for any purpose in all media now known or hereafter discovered without compensation to the provider of the submitted recipe.
Cody Boy Inc. reserves the right to change due dates for submissions or other specifics as it deems necessary in its sole and exclusive discretion.
